Arrival
You are welcome to arrive anytime between 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on the day your activity is due to start. Supper is served at 6:30 p.m. and your activity will begin afterwards.
Departure
Unless otherwise indicated, your workshop or retreat will end around 3 p.m. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the outdoor spaces for the rest of the afternoon, and we ask you to vacate your room shortly after lunch.
Store
The store at Reception will be open when you arrive on the first day, as well as after lunch on the final day of your stay. The store offers meditation cushions, books and CDs, yoga accessories and souvenirs for purchase.
