Personal active meditation retreat
Do you feel like you need some time in the country eating good food, reconnecting with yourself and resting? If so, this retreat is for you, whatever your level of familiarity with meditation.
The active meditations offered in this retreat are taken from meditations created by the spiritual leader Osho.
This retreat offers the opportunity to experience a number of different hour-long meditation practices, allowing you to see and feel for yourself the impact they have on you. As previous participants attest, experiencing these meditations is a liberating process, generating a deep feeling of peace, and are a meaningful way to meet with yourself.
Schedule
Day of arrival
Between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. —Arrival
6:30 p.m. —Supper
8 p.m. —Active meditation
Second day
7:15 a.m. —Active meditation
8:30 a.m. —Breakfast in silence
12 p.m. —Lunch in silence
4:45 p.m. —Active meditation
6 p.m. —Supper in silence
7:30 p.m. —Active meditation
Final day
7:15 a.m. —Active meditation
8:30 a.m. —Breakfast in silence
11 a.m. —Vipassana meditation
12:30 p.m. —Lunch
The price includes two nights’ stay (single occupancy), six meditation sittings and six vegetarian meals.
Meals will be eaten in silence.
