SUMMARY:Ashtanga Yoga Weekend Retreat with Carole Cousineau
DESCRIPTION:Open to all levels of yoga practitioners. \n\n\n\n\nWhether you are new to Ashtanga or have been practicing with me for years\, my intention is to lead you through practices and workshops that are both inspiring and motivating.  All in the beautiful surroundings of the Kio-o Center in the Laurentians.\n \nJoin us to deepen\, evolve\, or even start your yoga practice! Connect\, breath\, learn and be inspired within our community (sangha).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA Weekend of Exploration\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuring this weekend retreat\, you will practice Ashtanga yoga\, enjoy guided meditations and pranayama sessions\, and participate in workshops on the Ashtanga methodology\, philosophy\, and the method and benefits of Mysore practice.  \nWeather permitting\, we will also go on a group nature walk/hike. There will be free time in the schedule so you can unwind and enjoy the calm nature surrounding us at Centre Kio-o. \nWeekend schedule
