Il est également maître certifié de Taichi/Qigong.\nIl a travaillé pendant plus de 8 ans dans des hôpitaux spécialisés en Chine.\nIl a été responsable de l’enseignement\, de la formation et des cours de perfectionnement pour les médecins étrangers venus étudier la médecine traditionnelle chinoise en Chine.\nIl a accumulé une vaste expérience dans l’organisation de cours de médecine traditionnelle chinoise (TCM) et de Taichi/Qigong en Europe\, en Afrique et en Asie.\nDésormais basé à Montréal\, M. DESCRIPTION:Who is in?  \n\nThe « Who is in? » awareness intensive is rooted in traditional Zen techniques\, seeking a direct experience of the truth of one’s being through self-inquiry.\n\nIt is a unique format that invites you to take a deep dive within. Stepping outside of time and space to encounter yourself in all the facets that arise in the present moment. As you gradually unravel the thread of your humanity\, your own experience of the moment is revealed\, guiding you back home.\n\n« Who is in? » is a koan\, an existential question that has no definitive answer. The process of engaging with it leads to an experience of the koan itself.\n\nIn this retreat\, we use each other to explore that koan.\nThe active part of the exercise involves « answering » the koan with a partner\, while the other person is a silent listener – a mirror in which we slowly discover the true reflection of who we are.\n\nThis is not another form of psychological therapy. We seek a direct experience of who we truly are. On this adventure\, we visit many aspects of our humanity\, finding ideas\, ideals\, conditionings\, problems\, games and identities. We become more and more transparent until all that remains is our true essence.\n\n\n\nThe work\n\nThe work involves a three-day intensive retreat in silence\, the koan exercise\, active and passive meditations and moments of rest.
