DESCRIPTION:Un week-end qui te permettra de devenir l’auteur de ta vie et de\nconnecter à ton essence afin d’être un ÊTRE LIBRE \n\n\n\n\n\nAs-tu de la difficulté à ressentir tes émotions ? Est-ce que tu les amplifies ou tu les engourdies ? As-tu tendance à utiliser des comportements de fuite par peur de souffrir et pour ne pas faire face à ta réalité ? \nQue ce soit la codépendance\, la dépendance affective\, ou toutes autres types de dépendances substances\, telles que l’alcool\, le cannabis\, la nourriture\, le jeu\, le sexe\, la séduction\, les achats\, les technologies (cellulaire\, réseaux sociaux\, etc.) ou même Netflix\, toutes sont des symptômes d’un refus de ressentir. Donc peu importe les transports que tu utilises pour t’évader de ton présent\, tous t’éloignent de celui ou celle que tu es vraiment. \nCe qui peut sembler être une solution efficace pour relaxer et te sentir mieux\, n’est en réalité qu’un apaisement ou une anesthésie temporaire de tes émotions.
