Elle place le yoga thérapeutique au cœur de son approche pour consacrer 70% de son enseignement à des personnes vivant avec une fragilité mentale ou corporelle aussi bien chez les enfants que chez les adultes.\nElle crée et guide des retraites de yoga et de méditation au Québec et partout dans le monde.\nDepuis 10 ans\, elle accumule des mandats hors du commun. Ses clients sont à la fois des organismes spécialisés\, des centres hospitaliers\, des centres de détention\, des hébergements pour femmes victimes de violences conjugales\, et des particuliers.\n\nJ’ai le privilège de transmettre une discipline âgée de plus de 5000 ans\, le yoga.
