ISTA works with emotions, the body, shamanic tools, ritual, and it acknowledges and respects the healing power of Eros.
The broad purpose of ISTA’s Level 1 training is to support adults of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and spiritual inclinations, to know and express their boundaries, navigate relationships, move emotional energy in a safe way, and access the transformative power of touch through breath, sound, and movement.
