Personal Yoga and Meditation Retreat – Luciemay

$339Need some space and time to unwind? This retreat offers two days in a peaceful environment where you can rest, eat good food, practise yoga and recharge your batteries.

Day 1
6:30 p.m.—supper
8 p.m.—yoga and meditation class
Day 2
7:15 a.m.—yoga class
8:30 a.m.—breakfast in silence
12:30 p.m.—lunch in silence
5:15 p.m.—yoga class
6:30 p.m.—supper in silence
8 p.m.—meditation and Kirtan
Day 3
7:15 a.m.—yoga class
8:30 a.m.—breakfast in silence
12:30 p.m.—lunch
From supper on the first day through lunch on the final day, this retreat includes five yoga classes, six meals and two nights’ accommodation (single occupancy).
